The new Chavalry Charge precon is about the best I've seen in terms of straight out of the box, its got all the removal, draw, ramp you need, it's focused unlike a lot of precons that try to split the focus between the box commander and the commanders in the 99. If I would compare newer precons with the old ones, I would recommend to buy a new one.
