I think I had gotten a voulge head, a tier 3 shaft, a tier 2 brace, and a tier 2 handle. In the end, it was valued at over 100k and could one-shot pretty much any soldier.

The axe has the problem of not working when the enemy gets close. You really needs to stay at a certain distance, same as with a polearm. The sword doesn't have this problem, good at short to medium range, with less dmg per hit ofcs. But a good chopping sword is amazing in terms of DPS still. The Polearm has a reach advantage, a big one.
