Select a normal CBBE body or the Reduced ones. Clear 'Group Filter' select 'Choose Groups' and check on CBBE Vanilla Outfits or CBBE Reduced Vanilla Outfits. The mod racemenu can be accessed by console commands in game. Then there's Autobody, and Obody two separate mods that allow the application of bodyslide presets to npcs in game with minimal menus. But Racemenu for sure for specific edits and tweaks. Just scroll through the options in racemenu that are further to the right than hair and stuff.

Inside the game you can choose what weight your character will be at. 50% will have the slider values right in the middle of what 0% and 100% would be.
