Cricut machine roller bar is not moving.
If this happens to anyone else heres how I fixed it. I first cut out as much of the fabric as possible until the roller was able to move again. I then used the scissors to cut and pull out as much of the fabric as possible, rolling the bar when I ran out of stuff to cut. After about an hour I had it mostly cleared out.

First thing I did was pray, then I turned it off, manually moved the carriage back to the middle, took the cutting blade out and left it out. Turned the machine back on and it performed normally. Put the blade back in and was able to use the machine again as if nothing had happened.
