Aug 31, 2008 · the 6speed are electronically limited at 6200 rpm, the autos are 6100rpm. regardless, 100rpm is hardly even noticed. both the 6 speed and auto are limited (due to drag and hp-weight ratio) at around 174-176mph. so like you said, there is no electronic speed limiters on the SRT's, only aerodynamics and weight.
