And it’s a mighty successful combination too, I might add. Sure, the backstory runs a little bit melo and may not appeal to everyone, but the blend of adrenaline-pumping thrills, a truly sparky ... What I mean is, unlike many other kdramas, that serve up sanitized, glossy story worlds, this show serves up its drama world in all of its gritty, unvarnished glory. 2.Another way of going about this, is getting a drama buddy with whom you can watch dramas – but you won’t watch unless it’s together. So when you’re not together, you can’t watch, which then frees you to focus on your own work. 3. Make a list. Make dramas something to look forward to.Watching the otherwise promising “Romance is a Bonus Book,” I am bothered by the unending question of “will Dan-i and Eun-ho become a couple before Episode 16,” while fascinating characters and situations and books! get short shrift. Not only does her voice sound quite lovely, but her showmanship is winsome and very endearing.
