Here are a few shots of my first P80 build. Still waiting on my sight pusher to install my suppressor height sights, and then I'll be attaching my Holosun 407 green dot. Aftermarket slides will have different tolerances than factory, this creates the spacing between the striker sear and the trigger bar, it isn't uncommon to see this type of fitment issue. Try a different trigger bar and see if it is better or bend the sear up on your trigger bar ever so slightly.
