Everything I’ve read about the unreleased Holo Taco pen says it won’t be refillable so I bought an aqua brush from a craft store & filled it with a mix of vitamin e and jojoba oil! It is essentially a gel nail polish so you must cure with uv light. This is definitely a bit more involved than regular nail polish and working with gel can be a little tricky. I just use jojoba oil because it is the oil most like what your skin produces. It absorbs nicely :)

If I'm thinning regular polish especially anything with glitter, I use OPI's thinner since it only contains butyl acetate and ethyl acetate.
