Question about the "balance of power" quest. Everything I looked at online says that this quest is part of the saints and seducers mod, but it showed up in my quests tab after talking to ri'saad. I haven't started it but it clearly mentions things that I've only heard described in the mod. I'm playing on pc special edition with no mods.
