Mar 18, 2007. #1. I have read alot of the posts regarding water leaks. After just purchasing a 2002 Avalache I checked for leaks after the first rain. I noticed a little water but not a significant amount. Checked the midgate and crossbar - both needed to be shut correctly. Over the weekend I checked for leaks with the hose.
