About 30hrs into inquisition and I haven't really found any sigils that I think are worth the debuffs they give. The only one I've really found that I think I like is the 200% flanking bonus/-50% attack on a rogue, but I also don't really know if that is worth it (mostly because I don't understand the attack stat, unless it's the same as it was in origins).
