Inbound flight was hell..prevented to board a flight due to a 5 minute excess in transit time for the next flight. No notifications, no email whatsoever as a reminder. Budgetair is the travel agent and is accountable for handling our claim. Very disappointed in this treatment and will be seeking legal action and taking this to CBC Marketplace unless this review leads to a timely refund. Feb 16, 2016 · Several prices for the same flight were presented. The budgetair.com price was over $200 less PER PERSON than the airline (WestJet) price. The savings were about $1,000 (17% off)! I took the chance and booked with budget air. THEN I started to read their reviews. 90% of the reviews are awful.

Airline cancelled flight, advised of 8-10 week refund time but that payment fees of AU$75 would not be refunded. I consider this fraud as any other merchants where there are payment fees/surcharges usually refund payment fees when a cancellation or refund takes place.
