It means you have extremely creamy and thick cervical mucus But seriously, it could mean anything. Progesterone does some weird stuff to the body, even if you aren't pregnant. At 5dpo, I'd say wait it out a bit longer before reading into anything. This comes from someone who has had the same thing the past 2 cycles despite usually being dry.
