Dec 15, 2022 · To increase and complete the Exfil Streak, you must complete one contract in every match before calling in for the extraction chopper. Simply spawning and heading to the exfil point to extract will not work, as the streak will remain unchanged.

The only time I've heard of this issue is in a team of 4+. The game only "checks" 3 bags on exfil, so don't exfil with more than 3 people on the heli. It could also just be bugs, I've had multiple missions that bug and don't track and had to be redone.
