Dagger slide on glock frame.
I tried a lighter spring, no dice. Extra lubrication has not helped. The frame itself is not new, it's fairly "broken in". The only new variable is the slide. I've been running the P80 frame with the p80 slide and barrel for a while with no problems. Not sure if it's a tolerance issue between brands or what's going on. 1.
The Dagger's trigger bar has a "nub' on the vertical extension that rides the inside of the slide. When the slide is installed passed this point it pushes the slide to the right (ejection side). You will need to guide the rear of the slide to the left again in order to align the rear rail section with the slide. There's a Dagger S that's a G19X and G45 sized clone for sale. You could use a Dagger S frame and a G19L slide if you wanted a full-sized Dagger frame with a G17 length slide. The 23 is a compact pistol. Not a full size. The full size 40 is the 22. And the slide will fit. But will need a 9mm ejector on the g23 frame for the best results.
