Having the server console on my second monitor i notice that exactly when the AI starts spawning in the frame rate drops significantly and this is exacerbated by having Fins AI tweaks installed (Which spawns way more AI than normal). My usage goes from 90% GPU and 30% CPU to 30% GPU and 20% CPU, and my frame rate goes from 144 fps to 40 fps.

Bosses get spawned with the AI marked for raiders, so far so fine. You can try to deactivate (set it to true) the spawn change in the overwiev of fin´s.
