Just for info, my 04 150 owners manual calls for 75W-90 but the tag on the rear diff calls for 75W-140. Interesting. I just looked up my truck's manual. I run 85w140 in all of my axles regardless of what the factory spec is. The thicker oil protects the gears better, and keeps it quieter if you have a locker installed.
