Truck starts up and sounds like its knocking then alms down a bit and sounds like a lb7 but fuel rail pressure stays around 20-23k there is no demand for it as the truck is idling. It's in limp at 2k hits a rev limiter. The issues started getting worse again. Right up until the engine limped and threw a P0090 code that will not clear. I did not get any other codes. No low or high rail pressures. I have battery + voltage on the the purple wire going to the FPR seems like 2.5 volts across the purple/yellow wires. And 1.25 V- on the yellow.Cranks but won't start. I checked to usual stuff, fuel fite, prime, air filter, wire rubs. nothing. I did find that the 25amp fuse for the injector was blown. I unlatched and pulled the two big wire harnesses and put a fuse in and the fuse didn't blow. This is also something that is not very common on these Duramax engines but it happens more often than an ECM issue. The most common problem on the Duramax is the EGR. That and head gasket issues. As far as electrical issues, this is really the only other one I know of. ECM issues are not common at all.
