Yes loader can be added to them but neither an 8N or 9N is very good with a loader on them. They will be a bear to steer with the bucket loaded and the front ends are weak on them. Look a bit more and find say a 601 or 801 series tractor with a loader and POWER steering and you will be money ahead and happier to boot.

With the price of N's going down, and 2500$ being for mint shape, expect to easily sink in 500$ for live hyds depending on how you accomplish it. many who go live hyds, also want power steering or loaders, and if loaders, both.. you can turn a 2000$ N into a 5000$ N by adding live hyds, power steering and a loader.
