When the power controller on the switch detects there is more power being drawn on a port, it shuts the port down and notifies Cisco IOS® of the fact that the PD has exceeded the maximum allocated power. The only solution I found is command: power inline port 2-event - It is not recognized by the switch. We also change the Ethermet cable and nothing. If we connect camera via PoE adapter, it works fine.

Gi1/0/5 auto on 12.0 IP Phone 7965 3 30.0 I don't think power is the issue especially since when we put a different AP on there it comes up perfectly fine. The power drawn at 15.4 W is pretty standard from my experience it is typically that or 17.9 W. The vast majority don't even have a led light lit up and the solid amber ones just stay that way and don't boot.
