Hmmmm, it sounds like the Cog railway is the clear winner. We saw the Royal Gorge from the top many years ago. It was the "Wine Express" trip on the RG train that caught my eye. Ya, we are winos! Guess we should plan on the Cog Railway for sure, and if time, the Wine Express, or else save that for another trip. Thanks for helping me decide!

The train ride up to the summit is spectacular in terms of views and engineering. Another family sitting by us was a family of 4 and 2 were seated across from each other and the other two were separated.
