Help! Hopped into my 2008 Jeep Patriot a few weeks ago and noticed my ((ABS)) and ESP BAS and 4WD! and traction control lights were on. They were not on before. When I tried to reverse out of my spot the rpms revved up very high (over 3k) and my jeep lurched back and struggled to move. The same thing happened when in drive. I tried to put it in 4wd and then take it out of it but it didn't work. All that is to say - unless it keeps happening or you notice other issues, it’s likely just a jeep being a jeep.
