Awesome! If I recall, I may be wrong, but Emerald Staff may have a similar process except with the large emerald instead. I don't quite recall how to get the large emerald, unfortunately. EDIT: I'm fairly sure that the Dracomancer Staff is gotten from fighting Fred in the mansion node as well.

After a hard fight, you defeated the king of the ratmen and destroyed the scepter he used to control the dead.
