Personally for sports from an SDR source (my comcast box in this case), I watch in Standard mode. Oled light = your taste. Contrast = 85. Brightness = 50. Gamma = 1.9. Peak brighness and Dynamic set to off. Black level = Full. In clarity menu, I put Sharpness 25, everything else at "low", and Tru Motion = cinematic movement.
