There were issues with activation and communication so I have since canceled the service with Mint mobile but Straight Talk is still showing a pending port-in request from Mint Mobile and cannot release my phone number to the carrier I want to transfer it ...

It shows mint in settings--->about but not the phone number. I am getting no connection either. No voice sms or data. I feel like somehow I got my account in a weird limbo that should not normally happen. I will send him a message. My emails to the support team are taking time to get a response.

Update #3: 18 days after porting... I had a chat session with Rumary at Mint. Rumary was able to see that the number was ported from Google Voice to Mint and classified as a LANDLINE number, because that is how they are classified with Google Voice.
