I scored around 77th percentile on the ITE. I didn’t study enough though last year and thought I could coast to passing, which obviously didn’t work. And a lot of concepts (diagnosis / work up / management) doesn’t have easy to search guidelines and instead it’s a myriad of literature. MKSAP - I managed 64% correct out of 63% completed (on this pass - I’ve worked through most of MKSAP 19 twice before for ITE2 & ITE3). Go through all the 250+ MKSAP virtual diagnosis questions- they’re easy to do & a few gimmes. I got about 6-7hrs/ day for the first 3-4 days of studying (when I was doing MKSAP only).
