Perhaps it helps. All of the above and - maybe, if you've unlocked it, see if the Autocrafter can make them. Use a T3 mine for super alloys and a T3 mine for aluminium and place an autocrafter between them to make rods. Although i can still create them in the advanced crafter even after unlocking the autocrafter.
