How much is hard to say, there are too many variables. The SS410 barrels are hand lapped, I'm pretty sure a break in process is not needed on them. The BFH would be the more durable of the two. The volume of shooting you do is going to determine whether you will ever experience it's advantages though.

Yes, BCM is worth the extra price. That being said, for simple range use, my two PSA's have been just as reliable as the BCM's. If the gun will ever see any "serious" use (like self defense, being a "go-to" rifle, etc.) then I would spend the extra for the BCM.
