I'm not sure about the other platforms, but on Xbox one I'm able to find TDM, Dom, and S&D matches pretty well (though cheaters love the first two modes). Make sure to play during primetime (afternoons) for optimal matchmaking. 4.BO3 gets on average 4500 players a month that would be your best option but the games are very cheap to get. Solos and duos have been gone for a while. Maybe quads can load a game at the peak time, but I would assume it's gone also. You can find a game 24/7 NAE. Quads and solos games still happen on Playstation.
