In game, when opening menu (inventory, map, etc..) if feels natural, not slow.When not in menu (e.g. running, jumping) it's again slow. I figured it is (also) related to the camera and view:When adjusting to have a far view it's getting slower (FPS:45). When looking into sky or directly on ground it gets normal (FPS:60).

Yuzu has a flatpak that's available directly to the from the "app store" that comes default with the flavor of Linux they're using. So it's literally just search and click install. The Ally runs about 10-20% faster than the steam deck depending on the game at 15watts(steam deck max I think) and the Ally can go up to 25watts hand held and 30 plugged in. I'm also a little late here but for anyone using Yuzu on the Steam deck that's still having this issue. Try setting the "Scaling Filter" within the "Performance" tab of the right side menu to "FSR". You should immediately see an improvement. You shouldn't need to restart the game.

CEMU is the way to go if you want to play Breath of the Wild on your PC or Steam Deck, don't get me wrong, Yuzu and Ryujinx are great emulators, but CEMU has years of optimization, nowadays you don't even need a good PC to run perfectly and still support online games like Mario Kart. Take BotW as an example, on Yuzu I play at 4K and get stable framerate all day long. On Ryujinx be it at native or 4K, I get constant stuttering to the point is unplayable.
