I had a "cruising speed" shudder between 40-60 MPH (2017 1.5L AWD 135k), flushed the trans, and still did it. Found that it did it in multiple gears (when selecting the gear manually) - ran forscan diagnostics on it and found a misfire on #1 which turned out to be a cracked spark plug.
