UWorld is, on average, slightly harder than AAMC. Relative difficulty imo would look like: CARS QP1 > UWorld, FL1 > average MCAT CARS section. The uworld sciences I would say are a somewhat easier. I took the mcat last September and the sciences on the mcat were extremely similar to the aamc section bank with maybe 1 or 2 passages even being harder. The question types are VERY similar, and the difficulty is definetly on par with or harder than AAMC.
