If you weren't aware, the tunnel is closed leaving the airport, not heading to it. You'll have worse traffic issues dealing with commuters, but if you're giving yourself 2 hours to get there from Manchester, you'll be fine. Getting to Logan isn't too bad because the Callahan is open.
