Grains if kept dry and free of rats, mice and insects could be kept for a long period because grain is seed.Root vegetables also could be kept a bit longer than other vegetables. Meat and fish could be dried or salted.

Maybe you have only non edible (chance for poisoning) foot in your storage like raw meat. Something like mushrooms (without poisining chance) or roasted meat should work.
