Really? I find Mercari WAY MORE fair then eBay. You used to be able to say anything about an item without adding pics or anything & they'd let you return it. I've had ppl try to return something & Mercari turned them down because they review more fairly. 2nd contact Mercari, start the return/refund process. They will handle it. Like someone else said, start the return through mercari. It isn't like eBay. The seller has NO say as to if the return is accepted or not and they don't get to make rules for their listings or "shop". All of that is decided by mercari.

The refund was approved and I sent it back out as I should because I received the wrong item. The item was out for delivery earlier this morning and I get a message saying that the return was successful, then another saying 'no such number' I had used the shipping label that I was provided from Mercari itself.
