Well if you cant really solve the cable problem, you could buy a sd reader, connect it to the mac, copy the files, connect it back to the switch, install with tinfoil reading from the sd. OK, so I got mine to work. I initially installed the latest update and sig patches through the Atmosphere Updater and restarted the Switch like I usually do. This time, however, it seems like the sig patches weren't the actual latest ones. So I found what I needed at GBATemp and booted through Tegra and everything works again.
