Spectrum app not working on roku code rlp-999.
I keep getting ALP-1999 or ALP-999 errors. Called spectrum and told them all of the troubleshooting I have done and they rebooted my modem and sent signal and the issue was fixed for a week and now is back. weird thing that the issue only happens on cable channels. Local channels like ABC, CBS, Univision works fine.

If it's a roku TV, unplug the power and try again. If it's a roku stick/box same thing, just unplug the device from your TV and the power cord. I would also try the app on another device, cellphone etc and see if it works. If not, I would call in.
