Yuzu totk fix.
You should always have both Yuzu and Ryu. For instance, I run pokemon, Smash, Kirby on Ryu without issue, but get FAR better performance on Yuzu for TOTK, Pikmin 3, Mario Odyssey, and more. This will vary between game and PC, and combination of both, and throwing bigger and bigger specs at it isn't going to fix things more often than not.
Btw: New Sky Island Fix is set to 2x Res actually. Check TOTK-Mods-Collection if you play on Higher Res and replace the code: Open Visual Improvements folder, open exefs folder, find the 1.2.1.pchtxt file and edit this file with Notepad/Notepad++ replacing New Sky Island Fix with your resolution scaling. DISCLAIMER: I haven't tested them all so ...By setting anisotropic filtering to "Default" it greatly reduce artifacts to the point where it's barelly noticeable. The fix here did get rid of artifacts, but inside the shrines my framerate drops under 20 fps. I was on a 3600 ryzen 5, I upgraded to 5800x and 32gb of ram and getting the cleanest run ever.

Disabling the 60FPS mod fixed the issue for me. Weird how that’s what causes you to get stuck. Hopefully the mod will be improved and fix the issue. Its the 60 fps mod, disable it for the meantime and hope they fix the mod soon. TOTK's graphics is even more blurry than BOTW. Limited by low power of Switch, TOTK internally render to 560p～680p resolution and up-scale to 720p/1080p with FSR. So it looks worse than native 720p/1080p games. If you use Yuzu emulator's 2x resolution, the game was up-scaled twice to 2K/4K, which looks as bad as its original resolution.

Looking at some areas in the overworld also tank performance, any time i look west (towards a specific floating island) I go below 30 fps.
