Pre-orders are anyone who has actually configure their Rivian. Those people will actually have delivery estimates. Everything after a certain point (the price hike, I believe) is a Reservation, which is a placeholder for a Pre-Order. If you have not configured, then you do not actually have a Pre-Order, and thus you have no delivery date.
