There is very little info on the swap on this website so I had to let you guys know that it can be done. Most documentation says around 4500 is pretty much it, but my stock tubed TPI would start laying down at around 2500 rpm and would begin to plateau around 3000 and stay there until round about 4-4500 where it began to choke out and lay down. This was with a mandrel 2.5" Y to a single 3" mandrel exhaust.Its a computer swap! Find a 5.3L using the same operating system and swap the engine segments. I did that when my buddy put a 6.0L in his truck. It already had an 0411 I had tuned. I swapped the tune from a 5.7L/4L60E to a 6.0L/4L80E. Personally I would go bigger than a 5.3L in truck but that is me.The trick is to check the color's that are marked on the PCM's connectors, if it is Red/Blue, then the PCM will work. I really doubt there is anyone out there sell a harness for this engine meant for the 0411. You might find a universal harness meant for ls swaps, but it would likely require swapping in your connectors. These arent really peanut ports. There should be square bore intakes available for these, search gen 6 454 on summit.

The 2002 express van was still using the 5.7 vortec engine, and it also used the 0411 pcm. Then you can tune with efilive, hptuners etc. Way more support and table to modify than jet dst. It is also a newer pcm than the vortec pcm, more memory faster process speeds etc. Do a search on 411 pcm swap you can read for days on it.
