I do play with that patch actually, it definitely improves it a ton but unfortunately there are some issues with zombie pathfinding, and a ton of areas where you can either see through walls or make the map visuals glitch out by standing in certain spots, and I believe those are only fixable if the actual map files were updated by the original map creator who seems to have disappeared.Bo3 custom maps .
