Doesn't recognize that I put a bill in, just showing the default welcome scroll text. After that I open it up and take off the bill cassette. Thee bill is about 3/4 of the way up the belt and partially still at the bottom, didn't get all the way up and the arm didn't come up to push it into the cassette.
