May 31, 2012 · We have a 1970-something 2130 JD tractor. Its a fairly large tractor with 4 cylinders and no turbo. Ever since we got it a few years ago after it sits it starts quite awful. It take anywhere from 15 seconds to 3 minutes to get it going. Usually it cranks and cranks and takes off like nothing.
