While it is running though I am still getting very low voltage at all three 115v plugs and only small sparks from the welding leads.

Re: Bluestar 2E resurrection. Yeah - I had a rebuild kit for the carb when I did the whole resurrection last year. Carb was broken in the tumbling incident. The used carb we bought had to be rebuilt.
