It is not dead but since there are few people left playing it, new players gets matched up with seasoned ones thus matchmaking just doesnt work as intented at all. Most of the time you get dominated if you dont have a solid team to back you up. Also, most of the servers are down due to being DDOSed.

Except texture streaming budget. It's 6 gb, not insane 8 and above. But the game looks super blurry. It's like I'm playing it in 1024x720 but I have 1920x1080 monitor and same resolution is set in settings.
