I keep getting the same "temporarily unavailable" message on my ATT Uverse app. My husband, on the same account, has no issues watching live stream on his mobile device. We have deleted the app, changed passwords, and updated software with no success. Questions. Try rebooting your gateway (pull plug for 15 secs. and let it fully reboot) and after that the dvr (pull plug for 15 secs.). Hopefully that will fix it.
