Simply uninstalling Tinfoil and reinstalling didn't work, but I ended up deleting the entire Tinfoil folder and starting with a fresh download of Tinfoil from their website. After installing it worked. After closing and reopening tinfoil, all the new games showed up properly. Now, I'm not sure if that genuinely fixed the issue or the shop just happened to start working at the same time, but deleting and readding carcaschoi didn't work, and neither did updating my firmware and sigpatches.

The easiest method I found is to buy a USB drive having both type c and type 2 ports, format it to exFAT and copy the games to it from pc and install from within tinfoil.
