Swtor lost security key.

I lost my backup of my phone and so now I don't have a means of retrieving my security key. I also can't get a new one because the key itself is required for logging in purposes with everything SWTOR-related. Can't access SWTOR online or in-game now cuz of it. Can't contact Customer Support or they just aren't replying fast enough. Then either check the cd-key in your account settings on the website to activate the app on your new phone or remove the old security key and add a new one.
