Primal's raid community is a bit more active than Crystal's, but there really isn't much difference beyond that from what I've seen ...Probably aether, given that everyone I did late night stuff with pre datacenter split is on Aether servers. Famifrit works well. However that is more midwest than western. There is definitely no shortage of groups on Aether.
