I notice no difference in accuracy with the mcmillan and I actually prefer the fit and feel of the tikka factory stock a bit more. Little elbow grease and the action can be good. I have a Tikka superlite 243 that is accurate and smooth in bolt and trigger. I like the T3x better because of the bolt being workable on safe, (T3 isn't) bolt shroud is metal and stock is better also.
